ITHACA, N.Y. — On May 25, 2025, at approximately 9:15 p.m., officers from the Cornell University Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle operated by Kuan Manning, a resident of Ithaca, for observed vehicle and traffic violations.
Upon investigation, it was determined that Manning was operating a motor vehicle on a public highway while his driver’s license was suspended, resulting in a charge of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Further investigation revealed that Manning was operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content level above the legal limit and was subsequently charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated.
Manning was issued appearance tickets for the violations and is scheduled to appear before the Town of Ithaca Court on June 12, 2025, at 1:30 p.m.
All defendants charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
