Lieutenant Scott Grantz manages event security and planning and works with the University Events Management Planning Team (EMPT).  He reviews, approves, and arranges staffing for the numerous events on campus. If you are planning an event on campus:

• Complete an Events Registration Form located at https://activities.cornell.edu/EventReg/
• Contact Lieutenant Grantz by email at srg5@cornell.edu.
• For events where alcohol will be served, read the Policy on Alcohol and Drugs at: https://www.dfa.cornell.edu/policy/policies/alcohol-and-other-drugs-students-staff-faculty-and-visitors to ensure you are aware of all of the risks associated with consuming alcohol and the need to prevent the harm that results from its misuse and abuse.
